Q: What is Dance World's return policy?
A: Returns and exchanges are welcomed on regular priced, unused merchandise with receipt, tags attached and original packaging. Liturgical wear is exchange only or store credit. A store check will be issued for cash purchases over $30.
Q: Do I need an appointment at Dance World to be fitted for pointe shoes?
A: No, but we do ask that you allow at least 45 minutes for a proper fitting.
Q: Does Dance World offer group discounts?
A: Yes we do with a group of 12 or more. Contact us for further information.
Q: Does Dance World ever have sales?
A: Yes. We have an annual sale in September to kick off the dance year, but we also have a frequent buyer program for additional discounts throughout the year.
Q: Can Dance World place custom orders for items or costumes for a group?
A: Yes. We will order any item for you or your team with a 50% deposit upon ordering. Be advised that we do not accept returns on special orders.
